I'm starting to keep several varieties of cheese on hand, both to use in cooking and to snack on. Some that I have tried are wonderful, many are good, a few I just don't care for. What are your favorites?
I had family over last month and did a big (BIG) cheeseboard. There's a La Tur, a Harbison, and aged gouda, and a Drunken Goat in there for sure. I don't remember what else.
