This is very similar to mine - it's Kraftmaid "Cognac Maple." Matching the two different woods will be a real feat and not sure what you would pay. They'd probably need different treatments to get them to the same place -- maybe toners on the existing cabinets to cover the yellow. You may or may not have to strip them with just a toner.

You may want to consider mixing finishes. These are from Shenandoah's website - just using them as examples.

I would not try to rush anything. Discuss with your cabinet maker the feasibility of working with the old and new. Mixing stained wood with painted wood may be your best bet, but you'll want to make sure the old cabinets are prepped well and your guy is proficient with finishing.
