I live in Cincinnati and am about to move into our new build. We live on a hill at the edge of the Little Miami River, and the soil is a bit rocky and has great drainage. It'll have sun on it most of the day. Was thinking Tall Fescue blend but afraid it might be too tough on soft feet, but don't want pesticides because of the river. I have a push mower for our tiny yard and enjoy mowing. Hence the push mower!
