3000 k is what I generally recommend when people have chosen warm colors / fall colors and want a more relaxed feeling in their home. This may be contributing to the yellow in the countertop, but it is softening the pink in the cabinet and wall color, adding yellow, making it appear more beige, less pink or violet. This is similar to lighting when the sun is just beginning to set. Photographers refer to this light as the golden hour.

4000 k is middle of the road - often the go to by designers as not too warm nor too cool. It is the color of sunlight in late afternoon, not as blue as 2:00 in the afternoon nor as yellow as sunset.

5000k is referred to as a daylight bulb. It is the color of sunlight at about 2:00 in the afternoon on a clear day. It is the color of a flash bulb on a camera. It is the color I use in my home, allowing me to see colors accurately and complementing the colors I love (purples, teals and wine reds (violet reds vs orange reds). Purple and yellow are complements so any yellow in my lighting will make my purple colors appear muddy.

This will make your wall color and white brighter and more pink/violet since it does not have the yellow cast, but will make your counter appear whiter, less yellow.

Using 4000k or 5000k under cabinet lighting that only hits the countertop while keeping the 3000 k top hats may cool the counter without impacting the cabinets and walls.

This could help fix the problem when the lights are all on.
