Should I have the fireplace/stonework go all the way to the ceiling? Right now the plan goes up about 10 feet and "matches" the height of the built-ins/shelving on one side. Should it go up to the ceiling, 20 feet and "match" the windows? Picture makes the corner look small. The front of the fireplace is almost 5 feet wide.
