We recently purchased this double a-frame quadplex and are ready to give it a makeover.

Id love suggestions how to modernize, and freshen up the outside. This includes but not limited to new siding, paint, decks and landscaping.

One note....

The decks and balconies will be getting completely redone and will have cable railing.

The lower deck is 50' wide and needs to be replaced with two MUCH smaller decks (to save money).

The lower decks do not need any "living space", they simply would get you to each front door.

I can't figure out the best way to make that look good, I do not want them to be so small that they do not look proportional.
