SW Greek Villa or Pure White in East-Facing Room

Trying to finalize a color for the house and I'm at the point I'm driving myself and everyone else crazy. Open living space, windows pictured all face east. Flooring will be the attached photo. Cabinets are going to SW Krypton with gold hardware, crown molding and new appliances. Countertops will be Frost White or Arctic White quartz.

Decor is blues, navy, metallics with neutrals mixed throughout - think coastal meets transitional with a touch of Ralph Lauren equestrian. If it looks like it came from the set of a Nancy Myers' movie, we're talking. I I like my space to feel calm and cozy, but airy (it's Florida and I get hot). Plan is to add built-ins in the inset across from the kitchen.

Flooring

I'm down to SW Greek Villa or Pure White - matte on walls, semi-gloss for trim. I used Greek Villa in my last house and really loved it, but I've also had Pure White I loved. I just can't figure out what to use here.

We love Zurich white. It is soft and rich looking, but not creamy. Still looks white, not supercrisp is all. It looks light grey sometimes with cool light, and a bit warmer other times. I have pure white too (Painter used it to prime) but that does not look good in my space; it reflects green in our space as we have lots of greenery outside, but I’ve seen it in more neutral spaces and it looks good, not as rich and cozy, more modern. To to the right of the door is Zurich white. To the left and over the the door is pure white. Ceilings are pure white.

I've been going through a similar chaos (don't husbands just love it!). But the realization that everything could change once the lighting is installed pretty much threw me over the edge. I decided to go with @funcolors's "The Best White" and am crossing all fingers and toes. Seems we have way too many choices these days. I try to humor myself by imagining what our great great grandparents would say about our quest for the "perfect" white paint color! :-D (Now fretting over which white for trim!)

I had the same issues, I spent a good 6 month sampling a bunch of sw colors. I ended up with alabaster but it is not very pretty in my north facing spaces - it really comes out cigarette yellow. In my south facing rooms it’s much more neutral and much prettier. I had Greek villa as runner up and maybe it would have been better. I don’t like pure white, it was really depressing and ‘flat’ in our space. Another I liked was snowbound but it was more on the cool side in most of our spaces. Best you can do is to sample when you get access to the house.

You can't look at your paint samples flat on the counters ... you are never going to see the actual colors in that orientation. Paint some larger boards and place them vertically in front of the cabinets. You could actually fit a large piece of painted sheetrock in the spot your DW is going. That would give you are pretty accurate idea of how that color will look. It is going to look a lot darker and greener on the face of the lower cabinets, than it does sitting on the counter under the window.
