Two that stand out for quality of flower are PJPII and Fun in the Sun. They manage to produce blooms of excelllent quality ( with the same size form and petal count) in the dead of summer as they do in spring. That always amazes me, very few other varieties can do it.

Love Song, Veterans Honor, Elle, Parfum Royale, Fragrant Cloud , Just Joey all give excellent summer display for me.
