Does anyone like/addicted to Mexene chili powder besides me?
If not, what is your fave?
I started using this blend from the Spice House last year. They have a mild and a hot version, but I find the medium is perfect. I like that it doesn't contain salt. I just restocked for this fall.
eta, I used a lot of it this summer in a dipping sauce for grilled sweet potatoes. Mix half sour cream with half mayo, this powder, and sriracha sauce (amounts depended upon guests' tolerance for spice).
