ugggghh...in the twenty+ years in my condo, I've never seen a roach...till today. I'm totally grossed out. I'm attached on one side of my condo.

I'm not sure where to start. Do I try do it yourself bait or traps or call an exterminator?

Do I ask my neighbor if he's having issues? It's just him but I don't know what his housekeeping is like.

Do I contact the homeowners association? Even just to see if other people are having issues.
