More thoughts from me - I saw your post on back yard landscaping & you’ve been asked for specifics on your location in that thread too. But, now knowing that you’re planning both front & back yard major updates my recommendation is now this - find a landscape architect to draw out a plan for you for both front & back. That’s the person who should first ask the questions of uses for yard, amount of time you want to spend on upkeep, any hardscape additions to back yard including the addition of a storage shed etc. Also is the person who can tell you how to remove the large leylandi & take care of the severe slope in back yard. Once you have the plan you can DIY the actual work or hire out for some of the phases such as tree removal & hardscape / lighting adds. That landscape person will be money well invested.
