Maureen's sugggetions are all good but i'm going to toss out this option:

Since you can now get TV mounting hardware that allows you to put the TV flat on the wall but pull it out on an arm and turn it anyway you want, consider mounting the TV close to your dining area so you can watch comfortably from the living area when it is pulled out from the wall and turned to face the window area.

Since you have so much empty wall space closer to the dining area, why not slide down the shelving unit to that area? You could get a round table that folds down on one side to put against the wall to save space.

I'm assuming this is a studio and you need to sleep on that sofa. (I would get a daybed.) I think if you move the shelves down to the dining area, get a folding table and daybed, you would still have room for a narrow desk under the wall-mounted swivel TV with a stool tucked under it that could also be used as drinks table by the sofa/bed. You might have to give up one of the shelving units to do it, but I think there is space.

Excuse the finger painting but this scribbling on your photo shows the shelves moved down toward the kitchen, a smaller table, a bigger sofa you can sleep on (with plug-in sconces over it) and the TV mounted over a small desk but you can swing it out from the wall so it faces the daybed sofa. There is room for art on the wall opposite the sofa. You could also put a fold-down shelf on the wall opposite the sofa to use where you are in bed as a nightable or for snacks when you are watching TV from the sofa. But then it folds back against the wall.
