I have a teakwood dining room table that I bought 20 years ago and recently stripped it down to bare wood. I put some teak oil on it and it brought out all the orange in it; though teak oil is beautiful on my outdoor teak furniture it looks terrible on the diningroom table. I would like to finish it to keep it a light whitish colour. Would appreciate any recommendations on how to finish it so that the orange tones don't come out.
