Hello, wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to replace this door. The frame is rotting and is joined to the masonry. I'm not sure if it would be easier to make the opening fit a standard rectangle door or to get a custom door to fit the opening and reframe it. Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated.
