We are considering replacing the siding on our small bungalow home with Hardie or LP Board and batten and considering river stone veneer on the foundation. We're looking for advice on the height of the stone veneer, and we're still struggling with the colour choice of siding... 'cottage in the city' is our overall design theme.

Of note:

Increasing the size of the window trim is in the plan and a new front door is already on order.

The small front entrance deck is also being replaced.
