We need to decide today which of these two options for our red oak floors. Nordic seal with no stain (top photo), or Minwax simply white (bottom photo). Either option will be finished with Bona Traffic HD.

I like both, maybe leaning a little toward the white stain. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with either of these and whether the color will change over time. I feel like sun will fade it like it fades anything, but will it also somehow bring out other tones in the wood?
