I had no information about this beautiful and hardy plant from the garden store.

Is it an annual or a perennial?

Please excuse the terrible focus ... my hands shake. I hope there is enough

evidence of the kind of leaves and flowers to identify it. Any overwintering advice would be very much appreciated.
