I am interested to see if you get any feedback. I am building a new construction home and the flooring companies give a heavy discount on this floor, nothing in the 1/2" thickness with other brands can come close to this price point (except Mohawk).

I've sampled about ~120 floors for my build (I'm obsessive). For Reine, I would probably look at Shaw Utmost (Fireside or Haven) or Mohawk Camden Isle (Winter Wheat or Lennox Tan) instead, I think they will have better wear layers. Anderson Tuftex has a slick website but I've looked at the sample dozens of times, and that wear layer is just too thin. I'm looking at the Sovereign shade and it's gorgeous, mineral streaks and knots that will look amazing in my Modern Farmhouse. But we have an active household and I can't risk a weak floor.
