Hi! We have a lovely 203 sqft condo on the bay side of south beach, with one balcony overlooking the bay and one overlooking the beach. Tons of potential and tons of light! But we are busy with life/kids and I think also a bit scared to commit to some design options and regret it later. So, question number one...
What would you do on our common space? It is a living room/dining room combined space with a balcony on each side. Small (too small!) Kitchen on the side. See photos. Would love to get some good ideas! Sorry for the mess in advance...
