I am havingt a hard time finding the right undermount fireclay sink. The ideal would be the:

Bocci CONTEMPO 33 STEP RIM.

BUT. . . I want it undermounted with no apron front exposed.

(Yes Bocci makes the Sotto 32, but the way that the ledge works is less desirable.

Is there any reaons that I cant mount this sink a bit deeper in the cabinet and have the countertop all around it and a panel in front. It doesn't seem that it's total depth (front to back) is any different than the Sotto.
