HI, we have Bosch NIT8660UC induction cooktop and will need overhead vent. We will have custom hood. I've read it should be a couple inches larger than cooktop so i was thinking 40" I know I need a minimum 360 CFM. Ideally I'd like a quieter fan but if you can't test it how can you tell? Any input & experience is appreciated
