I've had electric tankless for 19+ years. Always sufficient heated water to do whatever I need. 200 amp service panel, the tankless is on a 120 amp circuit (two 60 amp breakers), no electrical difficulties have occurred. It doesn't always run at 100% power, it moderates the power draw to meet the heating demand. Bunty247 apparently has a new build in progress so can easily accommodate electric tankless. That being said, I'd choose a hybrid/heat pump tank unit on a new build.
