Comments (2)Yes, thats it! There must be 1000 of them in my front yard! Literally swarms of them! Hopefully they eat aphids and they will all find their way to my roses!...See Moreare these weeds? do you know what they are?
Comments (1)The one that looks like a Chinese lantern is what you think they are perennials and do adapt very well. Dig em and burn em and keep and eye out for a season or two if you don't want em they wont turn back to there original time of purchase color. I can't help you with the ivy thing though. When in doubt pull it out. Post a pic of it if you can and maybe someone can help you more than I....See MoreWhat the heck would *you* do???
Comments (6)I have been there and done that. Your board sounds like a slightly-less-twisted version of the board in my former condo building. You really have to weigh what is most important to you. Are you willing to fight these lunatics on every. single. point. until. the. end. of. time??? If so, then stay and/or buy another unit in this same complex. If you think they'll eventually let up, DON'T! You have described an association that is either too intimidated or too apathetic to get involved. The board, as it is now, has little or no chance of changing because the other homeowners just do not care enough to get involved. My choice in this circumstance was to get the he!! out. I made it just in time, too. Just after the sale of my unit, the association slapped everyone with a $5,000-$10,000-per-unit special assessment (much of which they pocketed). They became involved in lawsuit after lawsuit, some of which continue to this day. Who pays for that? The homeowners, of course. Payment of legal fees comes out of their association fees. It's your decision to stay or leave. But after reading your story, I sense that in a few more months, you'll be where I was two years ago....See Moreinquiring minds want to know how the heckCASEY knows what college
Comments (1)Haha, I don't!!! I ALWAYS guess the sports questions, sometimes I am right, often I am wrong. Here's my hint, if it's a sports question and you don't know it, guess the first answer. Better than wasting time on a question you don't know....See Morethefof Zone 8/9 UK
