One thing I dislike about new construction is sometimes they give you the most awkwardly shaped closets. This is supposed to be our coat/entryway closet (the door that has the red x on it). I’m really struggling with keeping up with shoes which end up getting strewn around the house. I just really want to maximize storage in this closet to allow for coats, shoes, and our broom/vacuum. Or maybe there’s another option for shoe storage near the foyer.
