Hi all. My garden has done great this year. I have many bright red tomatoes out there, but they are hard as a rock. I know that means they aren't ripe yet, but I guess I'm used to them being a little soft when they're this red. I worry because I live in the woods and have lots of animals/birds that might love to eat them.....although I do have a 4' high solar electrified fence. I have brought some in 1-2 weeks ago, and they are staying too firm. Any ideas? Maybe I'm just too impatient? Thanks!
