I live in southern Ontario, Canada and recently got a Valencia Orange tree that I fell in love with while in a garden centre.
Now, I know it's going to be a lot of work, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience/tips they can share for me to keep this baby thriving!Light - I'm keeping it in a super sunny area of my condo with windows almost all around
Water - Going to try my best not to over water it and keep an eye on potting mix moisture every time
Fertilizer - I have dynagro at home and plan to use it once it's been in my place for a couple weeks and more acclimated to it's new environment
Foliage and Pests - So here's where I'm concerned... For context, it's a grafted tree ~56 inches (143cm) tall from the base. There's quite a few leaves with irregular pale yellow/translucent patches, brown patches, and a few curled tips. When I brought it home, I did a spray with safers end-all just as a precaution and plan to repeat it in 10 days. Any idea what might be causing it (fungus, mite, nutrient deficiency?) and what steps I can take to treat?
Appreciate any advice I can get, thanks! :)
