Anti-fog bathroom vanity mirrors

Is there such a thing as an anti-fog mirror without lighting built in? Anti-fog mirrors sound like a great idea but I would like lights over the mirror instead of built into the mirror. Are the light strips (like attached photo)

required to make it fogless? TIA

This backlit Modern & Contemporary Lighted Fog Free Round Bathroom / Vanity Mirror has separate controls for light and defog but it's unclear whether one can defog with the light off. Unfortunately, the person who created the video didn't answer that questions. Yeah, it's round.

BTW that fixture will give you HORRIBLE light in a bathroom, the glass will fog, and it will give off a very yellow light let alone a glare...... I seriously dislike clear glass vintage bulbs here and its just a trend .
