Thanks for all the advice. Now the dilemma we are having is if 16ft bi parting sliders are too big for a 22ft living room wall. Concern is it will pretty much open the whole room. But we see that most of the new constructions are opening as much as possible to give the wow factor. Consulted couple real estate agents and they feel it will help in resale later by having a 16ft slider. Any advice is appreciated.

We built in 2021 and ended up with 5 multi-sliding doors from Euro-wall. We needed impact/hurricane rated doors. All of ours are 10 ft high to fit our 12 ft ceilings. Our largest is 6-panels and 18 ft wide. We also have 4-panels that are 12 ft wide and 2-panel that are 6 ft wide. Very happy with them, except one is missing weather stripping and we have been waiting forever for the window/door dealer to send their warranty crew out to make the repair.

mirror and frosted mirror are more economical than most clear or frosted glass. But the cost difference is small enough that when they go on sale at big box store, it easily swaps or evens out. Tinted mirror is expensive as they are not as popular.
