Yes, it was fully matured when I moved in 17 years ago. One year it produced monster lemons; many measured eight inches in length and the quality was superb. I believe I made a mistake in 2021 by having the gardener trim the top of the tree. It was a hot and especially arid summer in AZ and we didn't get our normal monsoon storms (much like this year). Currently, it seems to be doing well (see photo).
