I know QAL is an annual (biennial ?) .The proper name of thiis pink/maroon variation i bought is temporarily inaccessible to my memory!.

It did not return this year but the plant growing where it was is the most vigorous QAL ive ever seen. Dozens of flowers and buds.

Is this a seedling of the original? or did the plant i bought revert? Just curious because i i never expect my annuals or biennials to return. and im ignorant
