Hi all. I lplanted these Romas several weeks ago. I did lay them sideways a bit under the soil. I have 3 plants in a 70 gallon food-grade stock tank. They are just toooo leggy. Is it because I fertilized them too soon after planting? I've cut off the lower branches and pulled some suckers. Is it possible that at this point, I need to cut the whole plant back? That would surely thicken things up, right? I have them supported with big tomato cages made out of concrete reinforcing wire. Oh....one more thing........I have tiny branches with just blossoms on them coming out already. Should I pinch those off?
