Small Bathroom Layout Help

I'm struggling with a bathroom layout. This is for a small bathroom to be created by adding of a dormer in an attic bedroom, so there is limited space to work with. Here's what I've come up with so far. Would love any space-saving suggestions or design recommendations. I'm trying to avoid using shower sliders, personally I think they're dated and a pain to keep clean. I added a pony wall simply to cut down on the amount of glass needed and therefore cost. Also provides a place to hang a toilet paper holder versus full glass and having to attach it to the vanity. Could play or adjust spacing slightly with the storage space. The entry to the room is along the right wall. So the door swings open to the right, in front of the storage panel doors. The contractor gave me a drawing that was useless. They spec'd the bathroom width as 4'5" and therefore it required a 2' entry door. Don't know that many adults could fit through that...
