My husband and I just moved into a townhouse. We need to bring an electrician in to adjust a few quirky things in the house. Since we're bringing in an electrician anyway, we would like to switch out a few of the light fixtures that we dislike.

Neither my husband nor I are fans of the light fixtures in our stairwell. However, we're struggling to pick something that we both like and compliments the dining room's chandelier.

I had suggested black and gold sputniks, but my husband felt their lines were too rigid and harsh in comparison to the dining room's light fixture.
