We are remodeling a bathroom for our house we are selling. We purchased a 60" vanity from Costco for a good deal, but the wall is large enough to fit an 84" vanity. For resale, is it worth the extra investment (it would be about $1000 more) to put an 84" vanity in that would fill the available wall space for a built-in look, or do we just save the $1000 and keep the 60" vanity and possibly put some narrow shelves on both sides of it or leave the space open on both sides?
