No pendent lights. Get bigger light fixtures and replace what you have and also have them black, so they stand out more. I would never paint your beautiful brick. Why would you want to take a maintenance free exterior, that already looks really good, and paint it. Painting brick was a fad for a while, but, that fad is fading very fast.

What your house does need is some new landscaping, that has a bit of color in it. It is early in the year, and I do see plantings, but, they look very small, and not a bit of color anywhere. A large colorful pot of flowers on each side of the door would add a lot. I would also paint the door a color, rather than have it white. Maybe a couple of small patio type flowering trees in the front yard too. Mostly what your house needs is a bit more curb appeal, not painting the brick.

Before considering painting the brick I would consider giving the house more detail. Start by moving the columns outward under the portico, replace the front door and enlarge the frame, install wide shutters, new large black sconce and pendant, large street numbers, and paint your fence white. The picture seems to show a spring landscaping so I presume it looks better in season but I would ad lots of white blooms.
