I need landscape work but trying to stay within a $5,000 budget. I live in central Pennsylvania if that helps with plant selection. I’m interested in hearing about mulch color, plants, trees, etc. Front of house gets sun for most of the day. I also prefer a more natural look, no hedges that have to be maintained regularly.
