I thought so… would polishing the whole top do it? I am willing to do that if you needed.
Also, we just moved into this house but over the last month I’ve been using one part vinegar, a couple of drops of gentle detergent and water as a homemade spray for regular cleaning but I wonder even if the little bit of acid has slowly taken off the top coating and that’s why I’m getting stains to begin with. I understood quartz is supposed to be stain resistant, but we eat a lot of saffron and turmeric and it is staining it.

I have had pure white quartz in 2 master bathrooms and use hair dye. To remove any stubborn stains I lightly spray the stained area with Clorox w/Bleach, let sit for a few minutes, wipe off and rinse with water. No need to scrub or use abrasive cleaners.

Some will say that bleach isn't good for quartz, but I've had no problems using a cleaner with some bleach for spot treatment on light colored quart (or granite) for many years. Of course, I do my best to protect the counters when using things that might stain, but accidents happen and I then choose to use a product that quickly solves the problem with no damage to the product.
