Are these the leaves of a Pernetiana rose?

The flower is large and yellow to orange. It is not blooming now and I can't find the picture I had, but I have posted it here in the past. It was not identified at that time as a Pernetiana, but I suspect that it is.
Perhaps the leaves will prove to be a better clue.
