I have planted over 60 of these trees as a border. I water them every 2-3 days unless it rains. Some of the plants are showing black stems and needles ultimately killing the plants. Can anyone shed light on what I’m experiencing? Is this a fungal issue, over/under watering? Any help is greatly appreciated.
