What is this? I’m a few years into my rose journey and not sure what’s going on here. Doesn’t look like the pictures of black spot I’ve seen or powdery mildew but I’m still sort of a noob. Any help? I’d love for my roses to have a good season - at least until the beetles eat them in July.
