We are starting our new build. We have land and have dreams of a garden, livestock, etc. I love canning and preserving. Our design style waffles between modern farmhouse/Scandinavian I would say. I have always imagined an white apron sink. But I am so worried about wear and tear. Any advice? What material would you suggest for durability? Stainless, composite? Thoughts on the apron sink? Is it worth it? TIA!
