Hi all. We are buying a new construction home (construction will start September, and likely finish in May or June of next year). They have KitchenAid or JennAir as the standard options, but I really want to upgrade the appliances. Specifically:

• Wolf 48" gas range with 6 burners + infrared griddle + 48" hood (vs. Blue Star or Thermador)
• SubZero 36" column fridge + 18" column freezer (vs. Thermador)
• Miele G7366 dishwasher

We have almost a year, and I was really sold on the above, but the lead times on the Wolf/SubZero and the issues I've seen folks talk about in the forums are a bit concerning (when it's almost 50k of our budget). Most discussions I see are from last year (when I know the supply chain was bad).

Are these still the gold standard? Should I consider a Blue Star range / hood, and Thermador instead? Any inputs from folks who recently bought any of these? Inputs much appreciated!!
