Hi. Im ready to buy this chandelier but it has to be custom made to exact height. The fixture itself is 19" tall and 24" wide. Where do you think the bottom of the fixture should be? The height of the two windowpanes is 27". The height from the top of the window frame to the bottom of the frame is 36". Im thinking the bottom of fixture would either be at the bottom of the frame or bottom of pane. Thoughts?
