I am a bit confused by the difference between a convection microwave and speed oven.

We are building a house and want to have a wall oven plus a second oven above that doubles as a microwave. We won’t have another microwave in the house and will use it as an oven when cooking larger meals.

We originally were going to go with Kitchenaid, but I have read some poor reviews. So I’m not wondering about Bosch or other? Any suggestions?
