You can still hang them on the sides. Just make them closer to the front of the counter. Or do a towel bar under the window.

I see no problem with a bar below the window.

Rings on the end walls above the outlets.

Measure carefully for either location. A lot of hand towels, especially “ luxury “ types, are pretty big and will drag on the counter unless perfectly hung. You might want to size your towels specifically for the location. This is easier for white towels which are findable in many brands and degree of thickness, softness.

I see plenty of space on the sidewalls. That would be the easiest place to grab a towel after washing your hands.

I just fold them on either side of the sinks I would not add anything else to that wall.

I agree that the sides would be better than below window.
With the 2 sinks there is not much room for toiletries, even the most decorative versions, and if you put towels below the window you will lose your most valuable counter space.

I moved to house with pretty similar setup ( except no window there), from a prior master bath with long counter, vanity seat and numerous drawers. I have trained myself to keep much more stuff “ hidden “ in “ my” drawer and under sink cabinet, that I take out, use & put away, and invested in several organizing things to make that work, but I still want hand soap, face wash, lotion in pump bottles, and toothbrushes standing up. I found some lucite holder thing that fits in my corner, & small 2- tier tray for between sinks , so can lift up/ move easily to wipe counter. It does not look like a magazine “ spa” or minimalist powder room, but is pretty streamlined and is very functional for 2 people.

Stand at your sink on the left side. Reach to your left for a handtowel. That's where it should go on each side, but in line with the edge of the sidesplash. I'd look for an L-shape style in same finish as the faucets. Easier to hang towels on.

I just put a short towel bar on either side of my sinks.

People aren't taking into account how close the mirror is to the wall on the right. A towel hung there will be in front of the mirror making the crowding look worse not to mention blocking access to wall plugs. The only options would be the center bar, a stand or folding towels on counter.

Actually you could consider a L side open C holder and a rod below window. That’s not symmetrical of course but could be really functional.

I claim the L side!

A small hook for hand towel next to outside edge of outlet. The towel isn’t going to block any view into mirror or be in the way of using outlet. Also keeps the counter space under window free & clear for anything needed to be on counter. This hook position won’t highlight or bring attention to any of the slight off center features of window or difference in corner space on each side. No to laying towels on counter - messy looking & wet.

I prefer bars to rings where ever they go.

There is not enough room for rings so hooks on either side seem to be a good solution.

We have the very same layout in terms of the sinks and the electrical outlets. I didn’t want the towels next to the outlets, so I put them on the inside of the cabinet door.
