I recently had four plus slabs of Cambria Torquay installed in my kitchen and bathroom. Upon completion of the installation, I noted five gray spots throughout the pattern. Given the inconsistency of the spots as well as the fact that I had Cambria Torquay, which did not contain these spots, installed in a former home, I believe these to be a flaw.
I contacted Cambria who sent a representative to my home. As expected, I was told that these spots are inherent characteristics of a 93% natural product. Cambria offered to drill out two to three of the stains but in my opinion that is replacing one flaw with another.
My question is, has anyone else experienced these gray spots in their Cambria Torquay?
