I have a Ruvati that is several months old. It isn't your model, but is 16 gauge and has a good amount of insulation on the underside. It is very nice quality and not noisy at all. I did not want a single bowl as I wash all my pots and pans, baking sheets, knives, etc. by hand, even though I have the top of the line Bosch DW. I chose a 50/50 split with a low divide, so can wash big pans easily. It also hides the dishes because it is deep. It came with the grids and very nice bowl strainer drains. I ordered mine from Amazon in order to get the size I needed ( ? 30") with the low divide and knew if the quality didn't please I could return. I did get the close to zero radius corners as I prefer that look, but didn't want a true zero because of cleaning corner difficulties. I am quite pleased with the quality and size and I do cook a lot. I am also glad I didn't get a single bowl. I usually have a sink full of soapy water any time I'm cooking and like having the other free to drain pasta, run the disposal, etc. I have a fairly small kitchen and storing a dishpan and pulling one out constantly was not my idea of convenience. I think how you function in a kitchen makes a single bowl or double a personal decision. Good luck with your choice.

I’ve only had mine for a couple months, but so far I love it. I have not seen any staining. It has a single ledge. It drains well. Since I don’t cook and don’t have a family, I hand wash my few dishes and I use the drainboard. I did find food in one corner, but that’s my fault for not rinsing it well. It is also a large sink and I have one faucet. It’s impossble for that area to be rinsed without phyically doing it. I previously had a kohler stages. I hated the ledge. It was always dirty and getting water spots. It was also narrower. Someone put tape on it before it was installed and it left tape marks. Anyway, I love it so far, but as I said I’ve only had it abot two months.

I am close to starting a kitchen renovation that includes an Elkay Quartz Luxe in Silvermist. My son bought a home that has an Elkay classic quartz in black. He already has a white cloudy stain in the faint shape of a circle-like a bowl- that sat in the sink. They have no idea what could have caused this to happen and have tried everything to remove it but it seems to be permanent. So now I am worried and wonder I should switch to stainless. Is it not ok to leave dishes sit in a quartz sink when you are rushing out the door to work or having a midnight snack?

You misunderstood: the offset drain position and the depth of the sink are two separate issues with respect to a garbage disposal. (1) an issue with an offset drain in the corner may occur if you have a very large garbage disposal - for example, the 1 hp Waste King batch feed disposal which is the widest residential disposal I am aware of. The issue is that the width of the disposal could make it difficult to fit into a corner if the sink drain is very close to the corner. If instead your disposal is a 3/4 hp size (I would not go smaller) and a continuous-feed style which tends to be narrower than the batch feed disposals, the corner drain will not be a problem for your disposal. (2) the depth of the sink can be a problem if your outlet drain pipe in the wall under the sink is higher or at the same height as the installed disposal's outlet. This has nothing whatsoever to do with whether your sink has an offset drain or not. Regardless whether your sink drain is offset or not, your outlet drain pipe must be lower than where the disposal outlet drain is in order for gravity to work so that the water exits out the drain. "...this sink in white or gray" I would avoid all granite composite sinks in the white or cream colors. It has been much reported on this forum that those colors are not carefree like the darker granite composite colors, and will stain easily. It fits in a 36" cabinet which you said you can do, has an offset drain in the corner, but the drain is not so far in the corner as to cause the disposal width issue, Blanco is a well-known brand and holds many patents on its Silgranit material, and Silgranit comes in a myriad of colors. In the gray family, I particularly like the Blanco Silgranit Cinder color, but Silgranit comes in a couple other gray shades. You can just buy an over-the-sink drying rack on Amazon for little money, and those tiny cutting boards that fit inside the sink of that size aren't very useful.
