I bought a very nice leather recliner chair from Room and Board made by American leather.

The leather seat has a rumpled look where you sit. it is a foam cushion, not down. my husband uses rhe chair and is not a large person. Are these depressions normal?

Also, the chair makes a loud noise as it glides back and forth (as if the leather is rubbing).

It is motorized. I tried their recommended cleaner.
