Hey all, I'm looking for some advice and encouragement. We bought an old vacant house and of course there's a ton of work that needs doing, as well as a dank/musty smell, old dirty floors and ceilings, and dead bugs and dirt all over the windows. I know this is a huge project, but sometimes I wonder if it will EVER feel clean enough and smell clean enough for babies to crawl around in and for us all to sleep in. Anyone else feel that way before renovating? Once you repair plaster and refinish floors and paint, etc does it really feel and smell good? I've never done this, obviously! This is my 3 am worry.
