Kitchen backsplash to liven up white and greige?

As you can see our new kitchen has just been installed. (Sorry for the mess, waiting for pulls to be installed to put things away).

Wall and perimeter cabinets are Fabuwood Dove.

The island is Fabuwood "Stone" - sort of a greige.

Countertops are Cambria Everleigh.

My husband isn't a fan of subway tile - and the project is already significantly over budget - so trying to not go crazy.

We are trying to liven up the space a little and so far picked out two Artistic Tile "Swinging Chevron" mosaics we like from same family, but I'm not sure either is quite right.

Detroit Blues - Swingin' Chevron Mosaic Glass Chevron (artistictile.com)

Blue Blend - Swingin' Chevron Blue Blend Mosaic Gloss Glass Chevron (artistictile.com)

The very blue one is the "Blue Blend" and really pretty as a litlte square sample, but afraid it will be too much across 30 square feet across the back wall and under the windows. Especially when Artistic Tille has it discounted by 40%.

The Detroit Blues one is a good match, but it is much prettier online than in the sample we just got. Close ups of both are below and sitting on the stove in the photos.

Also, they are both very expensive to not be 100% in love.

What tile would you use in this space?

Thanks in advance!
